We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wholesale Marketing Manager (ETF). Principal Responsibilities A key resource to work with the Head of Wholesale Marketing to drive marketing strategies for ETF to help achieve its business growth Drive all marketing initiatives related to increasing the market share of HSBC Asset Management’s ETF, as well as Hang Seng ETFs in Asia Pacific region ?? Develop marketing strategies of ETF to introduce this new capability of HSBC AM to retail, intermediaries and institutions for acquiring new business Plan and execute campaigns via media, website, events, collaterials, eDM, etc. to raise the profile of HSBC AM???s ETF capability Produce sales-oriented ETF capability/ product materials?? Measure and manage the costs, effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities Build relationships with Investment Team, Hang Seng Investment Management, Compliance Team, Product Marketing Team, etc. to ensure marketing activities are smoothly delivered Partner with Corp. Comms. Team to identify external and internal publicity opportunities Manage external vendors such as agencies, media planner, production houses and printers Ensure Global Standards are being practised and complied in day-to-day initiatives Be the project manager to ensure deliverables are accurate and in a timely fashion Requirements University graduate?? At least 8 years??? ETF marketing experience, preferably coverage of Asia Pacific. Experience in mutual fund marketing is also welcome?? Well-rounded marketing skill across broad marketing mix (ATL, BTL, digital, event, etc.) Good knowledge of regulations in ETF within Asia Pacific?? In-depth knowledge of ETF product and mechanism, as well as the marketing landscape?? Excellent communications skill ??? written and oral English and Chinese Good inter-personal skill. Ability to work with teams of different background?? Strong project management skill, deadline and detailed-oriented??
