Plan International USA is fully committed to the safeguarding of all children and young people from all forms of violence.   Plan International USA is searching for a Web Content Manager who can oversee, plan, create and publish all content to their new WordPress site as well as manage the lifecycle of digital products and giving campaigns in Salesforce. This role will be 70% web content management and 30% Salesforce campaign and product creation.   This is a full-time and remote position as part of the digital marketing team. The position also will work closely with the Information Systems & Technology team and the Creative team.   In addition to having WordPress and Salesforce skills, this web content manager should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to think critically about website performance, design, and SEO.     Duties and Responsibilities   Maintains and updates web content according to web service requests, internal editorial, and marketing calendars. Web content updates include, but are not limited to: the creation of new pages, blogs, forms, and products. Creates and maintains a calendar and a process for reoccurring web updates Upholds and maintains existing brand/content standards and guidelines across all of the organization’s web properties Regularly audits website and internal analytics to identify and address where functionality, navigation, design, and content needs improvement/updating/archiving while upholding evolving web standards and web practices Works with partner agency and internal teams to develop, implement, and maintain Search Engine Optimization (SEO) standards and best practices Tracks, interprets and reports on relevant site metrics to all stakeholders Manages the lifecycle of digital products including the product creation in Salesforce, editing and publishing the product to WordPress, and monitoring its performance. Manages the lifecycle of digital giving and appeal campaigns by creating the campaigns in Salesforce, creating online donation forms in Luminate online, and creating and monitoring real-time dashboards for campaign tracking and reporting. Works closely with Web Developer and Director of Digital Marketing and assists with the user-experience design, flow, and site navigation architecture.                                                            Skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to cross-collaborate with various teams Strong ability to prioritize and time-manage requests and projects Knowledge of WordPress and Salesforce Basic understanding of HTML Experience organizing, posting, and archiving web content including the use of taxonomy and content classification Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and web usability best practices Ability to collaborate, monitor, and motivate internal and external teams to advance organizational and web content goals Knowledge of keyword research and competitive analysis Knowledge of web image sizes and types for site speed performance   Plan USA is an equal opportunity employer and follows all laws associated with the EEOC.
