Join our team
We are currently seeking a Vice President, Marketing and Communications to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our organization.  As a member of the leadership team, your focus will be on developing innovative marketing initiatives, communications, media, public relations and outreach strategies that achieve our organizational growth.
Some specific responsibilities include:

providing leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of marketing and communications for products and service lines.
developing annual marketing plans and campaigns in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
directing implementation and execution of marketing and sales policies and practices.
overseeing corporate communications and public relations programs, positioning IREM, its products and programs, and its leaders as industry essentials, thought leaders, and experts.
ensuring marketing communications are coordinated corporate-wide, support marketing plan objectives and meeting organizational expenditure requirements.
overseeing and directing market research and competitor analyses
overseeing digital marketing processes, from ad and content creation, creative and landing page testing, to campaign analysis and optimization.
ensuring the continued building of the IREM brand through all marketing channels.
leading and coaching the seven-person marketing, three of which are direct reports.

Let your experience and passions shine
We’d like candidates to have:

a bachelor’s degree or proven related experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
a minimum of 7 years of marketing and/or communication related experience. Public relations experience is a plus.
a minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
experience building a brand through direct marketing tactics as well as grassroots initiatives.
experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
experience integrating public relations and social media.
a strategic vision to drive growth in digital marketing channels.
critical thinking and analytical skills; strong project management skills.
