Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Shopper Marketing Owns the partnership with Marketing teams to create long range calendar of activities and events grounded in deep understanding of the Shopper, Channel and Category Develops the Category Management approach for Modern & Traditional Channels driving deeper partnership based collaboration and category captaincy (as appropriate) Partners to build Shopper & Channel Learning plans that drive actionable insights on the right shopper levers to deploy, in the right channels, at the right times Builds and maps shopper lifecycle and deeply understands how to maximize new consumer acquisition through trade, category or channel programs Shopper and Consumer Engagement Helps shape how Abbott brands are presented to Customers and Shoppers through both direct and indirect contact methods, with particular focus on interaction via Promoter (PG) and Field Sales teams Reviews opportunities to drive A&P efficiency and Brand Salience through Portfolio and / or Category programs that drive brand awareness and new user acquisition. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES People Management: Support employees in implementation of their growth plans. Develop and maintain succession plan and address future staffing issues in a proactive manner. Manage team’s development throughout the path to achieve goals. Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility. Special projects as needed by Management team. MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven experience in trade marketing or channel management Bachelor’s degree Solid knowledge of below-the-line operation Strong collaboration and leadership skills Proven characteristics in Attention to details & Follow through Fluent in English CORE Skills Required Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking and communication skills Cost orientation, Statistical Analysis, Business analysis, business performance management An analytical mind with a strategic ability Excellent communication and people skills BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related field Ability to influence others at all levels in embracing the change Ability to relentlessly drive initiatives to achieve the end objective Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced, constantly changing and achieve innovative solutions Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings and presentation Ability to pay attention to details Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines Continuous Improvement behavior    Energetic, highly motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
