What you’ll do Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the SEO Content Marketing Specialist is guiding and implementing a consistent SEO content strategy, ensuring a consistent approach to content creation, making sure that each content piece supports our business goals. After your morning coffee, you’ll be expected to… Ensure that all content which goes into eyeo’s channels – website, blog, other – is following SEO best practices Uphold brand guidelines and improve impact by integrating an SEO strategy Work with the technical and creative copywriters to ensure that each content piece helps us position ourselves and rank for themes defined by eyeo’s strategy Develop a website/new landing page launch process for content, in collaboration with the Website Product Owner and with the Marketing Managers in the business units  Develop a content management process for marketing campaigns, blog content and SEO-specific content Formulate and successfully articulate best SEO strategies/knowledge to team members along with providing recommendations for improvement (for other business units) and implementing them on the eyeo channels Together with the B2B Channel Manager and other relevant stakeholders, define content program-specific strategies and plans (supporting channel content from an SEO perspective) Analyze and report on SEO channel performance and evolve  key SEO metrics and benchmarking Synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, report, and execute on key findings to achieve marketing objectives Perform day-to-day SEO operations including on-site updates, page creation, keyword research, meta tags, competitive market analysis, strategic link acquisition Recommend changes to website architecture (in cooperation with the Website Product Owner), page content, external linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords, all while respecting and supporting eyeo’s brand guidelines Work with the Website Product Owner, to ensure SEO content strategies and SEO technical strategies go hand in hand Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing with ad copy, landing pages, etc. What you bring to the table… Business/Marketing/Communications Degree preferred English native speaker with writing skills 3+ years of marketing copywriting experience is desired 2+ years experience in B2B Marketing Comfort with common Content Management Systems and tools, such as Drupal, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, etc. Keyword research and prioritization, link building and other common SEO practices Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize efforts, and achieve results with a clear sense of reaching deadlines  Strong verbal and written communication skills It’s awesome, but not required, if you Industry knowledge (tech, ad tech) is an advantage Familiar with marketing planning processes What we offer Work from home or one of our offices—we trust you to find what works best for you Stipend for one of the following: home office or relocation Flexible working hours 28 days paid vacation  Your choice of hardware and setup Personal and professional development budget Monthly child care stipend for children under 6 Offsite team days and the annual summer company retreat in Cologne Company-sponsored hackathons
