Rhode Island, Job Description Job Overview CVS is currently seeking its next Senior Strategic Manager of Marketing for Providers. In this role, you will support enterprise-wide marketing communication efforts for Aetnaâ™s national network of healthcare professionals. As a leader you will work with all provider-facing business partners to develop and execute marketing communication plans that align to business strategies. An exciting part of this role will be to ensure the Aetna/CVS Health story is clearly articulated to providers within Aetnaâ™s network while attracting new health care professionals to work within Aetna/CVS Health. As an experienced communicator you will also have an opportunity to improve the communications quality and clarity that will ensure consistency of brand tone and marketing integration across CVS Health entities to the provider audience. Example of Essential Duties: â¢ Develop the overall marketing plan recommendation and execution of that plan across communications channels. The plan should include applying a provider segmentation, improving personalization of communications and channel optimization and include metrics for evaluating impact. â¢ Lead the day-to-day provider-targeted marketing and communications for Aetna across multiple channels, aligning to business strategies and direction. This includes developing digital communications to enhance the provider experience on aetna.com and the Aetna provider communications hub. â¢ Ensure timely and accurate completion and publishing of all provider compliance and transactional communications, in partnership with business partners and marketing operations team. â¢ Identify opportunities for improving effectiveness and efficiency of work processes and quality of communications across channels. Required Qualifications â¢ 5 years of marketing and marketing communications experience, preferably at a complex healthcare organization focused on the healthcare provider audience, collaborating with both business partners and marketing teams/leaders. â¢ 5 years of developing integrated marketing communications plans and executing plans across channels. â¢ 2 years of directly supervising team members.
