The Senior Brand Manager role on Oscar Mayer brings with it the opportunity to lead an award winning brand. You will work on the Keep It Oscar campaign, a new masterbrand refresh that brings together cold cuts, hot dogs, and bacon. Through this campaign we celebrate the lighter, not-so-serious side of life, and bring levity to all kinds of situations. You’ll work on newsworthy activations and leverage our famous “Hotdoggers” and the iconic Wienermobile to breakthrough in culture and build this brand.
Key Components of the Role

Build breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business

Manage end to end creative strategy
Own creative brief for external collaborators
Identify best creative territory/big idea for development
Drive agency discussion, owner of feedback to lead agency
Think strategically and holistically across full marketing mix, with specific focus and passion on emerging platforms
Approve research framework for creative development
Lead ABM in hands-on collaboration with dedicated social media team, engaging the brand in culture

Manage team with 2 direct reports and full team of 15 including

ABM responsible for partnering on brief development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns and activations, bringing the brand into culture, and exploding creative ideas across social media platforms in collaboration with our dedicated in house social media agency
Marketing manager of Wienermobile program, including a fleet of 6 Wienermobiles, 12 “Hotdoggers” dedicated to bringing Oscar Mayer across the country at events and via social media, and the administrator of the Wienermobile program

Drive strong collaboration with category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, and agency partners to take creative ideas & activations from concept to reality
Lead discussions during presentations with business unit and marketing senior leadership
Lead full cross-agency team (creative, social, media, PR) to bring ideas to life and  extend campaign across relevant channels
Develop a deep comprehension of the consumer and use consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy
Analyze data to develop strategies and assess in market results to drive business objectives
Responsible for delivering creative work and activations on time and on budget


Creative innovators with the courage to stand up for ideas and are passionate about the power of brand, design & consumer experience to impact strategic direction of business
Proven track record of drive for results and leadership
Operates with agility with solid problem solving and simplification skills
Strong communication, influence and relationship building skills in a cross-functional team environment
7+ years of proven experience in marketing for a CPG company or experience supporting on the agency side (advertising, consulting, media), social media specific experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
Models’ resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment that requires flexibility to manage multiple simultaneous projects
