Use a background in digital marketing and content management, a demonstrated record of success, and a desire to advance change, in one of the most operationally significant (by budget, audience, and activity) marketing operations higher education. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this person will directly manage integrated lead generation strategies (including vendor management, strategy development, creative execution, and assessment) for NYUs degree-granting campuses in New York, Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai. In addition, they will oversee full-funnel digital experience for prospective students in a transnational context using a broad spectrum of tools (web content management, e-mail, social media, video, paid media, search engine optimization, etc). Responsibilities Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience: 3+ years experience in the marketing/communications field, preferably in the context of a college or university, similar organization, or agency. Preferred Experience: Experience in an agency context and/or higher education is a plus Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience in email marketing, managing web content and analytics and reporting. Experience with web content management systems, and HTML. Experience with enterprise information systems (e.g. CRM). Excellent writing and communications skills. The ability to work collaboratively across organizational lines. Proficiency in web content development methodology, software, and standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excited to learn about and engage Gen Z across multiple channels and contexts. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with coding and web development.
