Work you’ll do – How you fit in The Marketing Technology & Transformation (MT&T) practice aligns talent, operating models and the latest marketing technologies with data and analytics tools to personalize the customer experience at every interaction to drive business results. As a member of the MT&T practice, you will be part of a collaborative team of passionate marketing technology experts, who are working at the forefront of innovation in this space. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant, you will bring considerable technical and product expertise to deliver world-class SFMC-based solutions to clients. You will be part of a dynamic client team that will be responsible for driving SFMC technical solutions at a client site. Your responsibilities will include: Collecting and understanding client business and technical requirements Translating business and technical requirements into actionable strategic marketing transformation program plans (i.e. implementation, change management or operation strategies, etc.) Developing technical solutions within Marketing Cloud utilizing skills such as. SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ampscript Training clients on how to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and serving as the subject matter advisor on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem (email studio, journey builder, mobile push, SMS, cloud pages, ad studio, social studio, etc.). Interacting with internal, client and partner stakeholders Participating in solution design, implementation and systems integration Contributing to overall deliverables Ensuring project is delivered on-time, on-budget Qualifications Required: Four-Year Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 3+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience Completion of SFMC Email Specialist Certification Minimum 1 year hands-on platform experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms (i.e. Audience Studio-DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.) Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing SQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server Minimum 2 years’ experience with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript Willingness to travel 80% of the time Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Other Salesforce or SFMC certifications preferred, but not required Minimum 2 years’ experience with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques, preferred by not required Past experience with object oriented programming languages such as .NET or JAVA, Ruby, C#, C++, Python, preferred but not required Understanding or exposure to SFMC components (i.e. Audience Studio, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.) Experience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe, Oracle, Sprinklr, Google, etc.) Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferred but not required Strong communication skills (interactions with clients and sponsors) Willingness to learn and be part of a team â?¢ For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $119,000 to $159,000. o You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. o You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document. #Salesforce21
