We have an immediate opening for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our B2B and B2C advertising and selling efforts.  The successful candidate will possess sales, marketing, and leadership experience with a proven history of driving positive change in these areas of their organization and will contribute to Bed Wood’s success by creating new sales opportunities and revenue growth in the restoration, classic, and late model truck segment of the automotive aftermarket. The Sales and Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include day-to-day sales and supervisory activities, creating engaging advertisements and marketing campaigns, emails, and promotional literature, and working with 3 rd party advertising firm(s), to achieve the company’s sales and marketing goals.
Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Leading our company’s sales and marketing efforts in B2C and B2B commerce by way of strategic decision making, brand positioning, and customer relationship management.
Direct P&L responsibility in the areas of top-line revenue and growth.  Creating and managing the sales and marketing budget, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that our sales team meets or exceeds company goals.
Creation and execution of the company’s marketing plan via print and digital advertising, social media, and other means.
Creation and management of pricing strategies through retail and distribution sales channels, and prompt communication of price and product data to stakeholders
Communicating market data, trends, and action plans to our Leadership Team to align our sales and marketing efforts with company objectives.
Developing and leveraging new sales channels, customers, and opportunities through all sales channels
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing our sales and marketing team to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Maintaining and developing relationships with clients by maintaining constant contact, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying current in the industry by attending consumer and trade events – car shows and conventions, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:

A degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing; automotive experience preferred
Leadership experience required, management experience preferred.
Solid understanding and working knowledge of the sales and marketing process
Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Understanding of budgets and P&L responsibility.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
The ability to understand, implement, and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.

Sales and Marketing Manager Compensation:
The Sales and Marketing Manager is a full time, in-house position. Wage and incentive package commensurate with experience and performance. Benefits offered include major medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance.
