The Pershing X product marketing lead analyst plays a critical role in contributing to the strategy, projects, and campaign tasks in support of a key BNY Mellon strategic initiative, Pershing X. The individual in this role will have an amazing opportunity to work with a collaborative and fast-growing team working on exciting and innovative digital product offerings. The role will have hands-on learning opportunities working with marketing leadership and key business partners to create compelling and successful tactics to introduce and continue to promote Pershing X. Responsibilities include supporting the marketing strategy with tactics such as helping to develop go-to-market positioning and messaging and executing campaigns focused on building awareness and adoption of the new advisory platform, upholding the brand in all activity, supporting advertising strategies, crafting social media, developing digital assets and managing demand generation. The Pershing X product marketing lead analyst should be eager to learn, possesses grace under pressure, delivers high-quality work, and drives projects forward. Key Responsibilities: Plans and implements integrated marketing and communications campaigns in support of key initiatives and business targets. Also supports brand awareness and client relationship-building or prospecting. Develops and supervises the execution of advertising campaigns in accordance with strategic objectives. Takes the lead on the full project lifecycle from development to delivery, tracks marketing content using measurable performance indicators from primary business lines. Skilled multi-tasker who handles pressure well and can work with a wide range of people on multiple projects simultaneously through excellent team management. Energetic innovator with diverse skill sets, sound judgement and strong points of view who can take initiative to put creative ideas into motion. Introduces increasingly forward-thinking content, selling new ideas and storytelling concepts that will drive the business to new creative heights. Actively seeks input from the business to make timely and well-informed decisions, shaping insights and thought leadership into winning strategies. Promotes a sense of urgency that establishes individual accountability. Focal point for individual business lines. Establishes collaborative relationships with internal and external clients to align thinking on strategic objectives, acting as a creative agency for the business, and fostering an environment of trust. Helps clients weigh options, evaluate trade-offs, and make critical decisions, exceeding expectations in business management and insight. Positions the business as an industry leader in relevant marketing segments by managing collaboration between product and sales, as well as other cross-divisional teams, in support of business plans and corporate goals. A successful candidate should ideally have these qualifications Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and execute flawlessly with great attention to detail Experience in planning and implementing integrated marketing and communications campaigns Proactive and collaborative multitasker with exceptional communications skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment A passionate and high-energy style, excellent analytical and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Degree in Communications or Marketing is preferred 3 – 5 years of total work experience preferred. Familiarity with internal and external outreach, social media, and collaboration tools is preferred.
