Beebe’s Communications and Outreach department is Beebe Healthcare’s main source for internal and external communications online, in print, in person and in the media. We are seeking a Multimedia Marketing Coordinator to perform a variety of tasks with a high degree of creativity, technical ability and attention to details and deadlines. Projects will include videos, podcasts, marketing campaign components, virtual meetings and presentations, multi-media presentations, etc. The Multimedia Marketing Coordinator will work as a highly collaborative, integral member of the Communications, Marketing and Outreach Team, and be available for occasional weekend and evening assignments. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Design, Digital/ Multi-media Communications, Graphic Design (with a heavy emphasis on video production), or a closely relevant field required.
Required: Two- four years’ demonstrated work experience in digital media is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of photo, video and sound production, from operating camera and video equipment to audio and lighting to deliver high caliber videos, photos and sound are required. Experience with Adobe Create Suite, Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with social media platforms is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A motivated self-starter and proven team-player with the ability to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, develop and maintain collaborative relationships, prioritize efficiently, and proactively solve problems are all required of this position.
The successful candidate must be creative, tech savvy and possess excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft Office are also required.
The Multimedia Specialist must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand, deadline-driven setting, effectively cross-manage multiple projects simultaneously with a great deal of accuracy, high level of quality and keen attention to detail.
This person must be able to work with a hybrid/remote team, and work well with staff at all levels of the organization as well as the community within a diverse, collaborative environment.
All Communications and Outreach team members must be available to work occasional night and weekends for special events and/ or disaster/ crisis events.


Design, create and produce multi-media projects for marketing and communications, using sound, video and other multimedia tools.
Projects will include videos, podcasts, marketing campaign components, virtual meetings and presentations, multi-media presentations, etc.
Collaboratively maintain the creative vision of Beebe Healthcare using photography and videography.
Collaborate with fellow Coordinators and solution partners for the department, to incorporate their work into final video and sound productions.
Apply closed captioning to all video productions in support of accessibility; also attach relevant metadata and captions for indexing.
Manage and organize a vast library of media using a digital asset management system.
Provide for storage and proper care and maintenance of video (and photo) equipment.
Design, plan, produce and maintain video and presentation media to effectively market the Beebe Healthcare brand; provide analytics to assist with future ads and campaigns.
Collaboratively manage multimedia assets on Beebe’s owned channels.
Helps to develop and enforces Beebe Communications, Marketing and Outreach policy in producing videos, purchasing music licensing, archiving product documentation, as well as reports and recommendations for best practices.
Coordinate with outside companies to create and edit video footage for special projects; select and supervise contract personnel for videography services.
Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible and professional Be open to giving and receiving feedback.
