This group is broadly responsible for branding, communications, strategic marketing initiatives, and driving growth for the corporate/institutional suite of businesses. Position Summary: The Assistant Vice President – Financial Wellness B2B Marketing will be responsible for driving the creation and adoption of a library of Morgan Stanley at Work assets and plan sponsor journeys for the Financial Wellness business to facilitate its go-to-market strategy. This individual’s efforts will be directly connected to key marketing and strategic priorities within the Morgan Stanley at Work and Financial Wellness businesses to establish and build relationships with plan sponsors who engage with workplace benefits from Morgan Stanley. This individual will be an integral member of the team, contributing to content creation, strategy, measurement, and other business needs. This role will be involved in several aspects of marketing collateral production and dissemination, inclusive of contribution to plan sponsor journey-building, overseeing and in some cases executing content creation aligned with the strategy, partnering with stakeholders across the organization in its implementation, managing day-to-day marketing operational needs (legal reviews, JIRA tickets, etc.) and serving as the main point of contact for all functional elements supporting Financial Wellness B2B marketing execution. Principal Areas of Responsibilities: ??? Contribute to the development and execution of Financial Wellness B2B marketing strategy, inclusive of brochures, emails, sales decks, newsletters, internal communications, and other marketing collateral ??? Act as B2B Marketing point of contact for partner teams supporting and involved with the Morgan Stanley at Work and Financial Wellness businesses, including those within digital operations, content strategy, business groups, legal and compliance and analytics & data ??? Actively engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization including technology, legal, compliance, risk, field communications, and other corporate marketing teams to drive key business initiatives ??? Analyze the competitive landscape to identify industry trends, strengths, and weaknesses to assess impact of programming and opportunities for expansion ??? Rigorously measure results and apply findings to further iteration of marketing strategy as it relates to business goals Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills Required: ??? A minimum of 2-5 years of marketing and/or communications experience with a background in institutional financial services ??? Previous experience working with digital management systems like JIRA and Adobe ??? Strong written and verbal communication skills ??? Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills ??? Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a deadline-oriented environment ??? Ability to pitch in and work hard in a lean environment ??? Knowledge of legal and compliance policies related to financial service industry a plus ??? Ability to identify issues and trends to anticipate change and provide recommended comprehensive solutions
