Singapore, Singapore, Team Overview The role is within the Wealth Management arm of Schroders in Singapore, and as shown below, reports to the Head of Wealth Management Asia. Nevertheless, the expectation is that candidate will work closely with the Schroders Group Marketing team to leverage the latter’s expertise where relevant and particularly in the field of Content, Brand and Communications and Public Relations. Overview of Role Reporting to the Head of Wealth Management – Asia, the successful candidate will provide support in the areas of marketing communications for Schroders Wealth Management in South-East Asia. The primary accountabilities for this role are described below. Regardless of background, the candidate will be a proactive, creative individual who is not afraid to roll up his / her sleeves in carrying out the role. He / she should also be able to work effectively as part of a team. Managing client events and seminars Stakeholder management – gathering requirements from the business and project management of marketing activity, plus handling general administrative duties Managing logistics of marketing literature, ensuring timely delivery and quality production, as well as managing inventories Coordinating production of statutory materials Updating marketing literature, such as brochures and presentation slides, ensuring that they are accurate, fully vetted by Compliance and conform to wealth brand identity guidelines Managing digital marketing automation tools – possibility of updating Wealth Management Asia websites Creating content and leveraging Group content for various marketing channels such as social media and email, and analysing content effectiveness Supporting the team in raising the profile of WM Asia, with effective communications and PR Leverage the expertise of the Schroders Marketing team and be the conduit to that team Help track and manage the Asia Wealth Management marketing budget Essential Skills At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience in a financial institution Basic investment knowledge Superior oral and written communication skills Strong creative skills, with an eye for design Strong multi-tasking abilities Strong organisational skills, with an attention to detail Desirable Skills Good network of financial and other journalists Good digital knowledge and skills
