Leesburg, Virginia, EDUCATION: 4-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications, related field, or equivalent experience EXPERIENCE: 3+ years in a marketing position Experience and familiarity in the Catholic education landscape are strongly preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing programs and projects by managing the day-to-day development of work and ensuring marketing programs are completed on time, on budget, and in line with set goals Assist in the day-to-day execution of effective marketing projects and campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Partners Oversee external social media specialist, managing strategy, content, planning, and calendar Prepare project briefs and plans to assist in the development of marketing initiatives Schedule and attend team and/or stakeholder meetings as determined appropriate by the Director of Marketing and Corporate Sales or other leaders Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes, track meeting takeaways Keep internal and external marketing calendars up to date Work with the revenue team and/or external vendors to execute on delivery of marketing obligations Continually assess brand and logo usage by outside stakeholders Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends Assist in underwriting and advertising sales for Conference, planning and executing on event deliverables by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, and establishing contacts Assist executive team with presentation preparation as needed Act as the primary point of contact with production and other external vendors for estimating and production of work orders Support sales of advertising space on several marketing channels Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed COMPETENCIES: Competence Definition Accountability Takes full responsibility for results.
