Schedule:   Full Time Shift :  Days Location: 40100 US-27, Davenport, FL 33837 The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Heart of Florida   AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a licensed 193-bed acute care hospital, coupled with outpatient services including imaging, rehab, lab and wound care, that has been serving the community for over 50 years. As a part of the AdventHealth network patients will have greater access to a wide range of innovative therapies, new research, leading-edge technology and an extensive team of medical specialists. Located in Davenport, FL., which is close to major destinations, like Busch Gardens, Legoland, and Walt Disney World, without being located in the central hub of tourism.   The role you’ll contribute: Working with the West Florida Division (WFD) Marketing team, the Specialist helps plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives for key service lines in the markets we serve. The Specialist will work collaboratively with division marketing team members, service line leaders, physician liaisons, business development, etc. to ensure the growth of volume, market share and brand awareness. The Specialist applies working knowledge of market research and analytics to develop and organize plans that competitively differentiate AdventHealth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated enthusiasm for building strong relationships with stakeholders to advance strategic service line vision and communicating with external and internal audiences to advance the WFD goals and vision. Additionally, he/she will be a hands-on, results-oriented marketer who is passionate about learning strategy and achieving executional results. The value you’ll bring to the team: Contributes to the development and execution of annual marketing plans; including setting goals, developing strategies and tactics and tracking activities and results to ensure operational business goals are met. Collaborates with internal marketing colleagues, physicians and department leads to develop and implement community activations focused on influencing brand preference. Leads strategic event planning and speaking opportunities; creates/procures assets needed for event activation; attaches metrics and tracks event results. Sources, develops and/or nurtures relationships with community stakeholders to impact affinity for the AdventHealth brand and service lines. Maintains budget for events and sponsorships/partnerships. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field Organization and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Foundational knowledge and skills to implement integrated marketing programs, to include marketing planning; creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; traditional, digital and social media; project management, event planning and execution; research analysis; and physician relations.
