Los Angeles, California, The Senior Marketing Research Analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and Analytics and will work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver data-driven insights that will directly impact strategic marketing and provider business development plans. The Marketing Research Analyst will combine, integrate, and correlate data from across various marketing channels, internal information systems, and 3rd party sources to help craft a narrative around the performance of our marketing programs. Efforts will include providing descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics to identify trends, opportunities and efficiencies at the brand and clinical service line level. The analyst will be responsible for executing both project-based and ad-hoc requests and present projects / analysis to senior leadership and participate in more complex strategic planning. Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and externally. Collaborators include market research vendors, database administrators, operations improvement, and medical staff. The incumbent will work at an advanced level to support short- and long-term strategies by developing dashboards, building attribution models, and providing evidence-based insights and recommendations. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting of key market research and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Crimson Market Advantage, NRC Health, Google Data Studio, etc. Minimum Education:â?¢Bachelorâ??s degree required in a business, technology, or health care related field such as Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or Healthcare Administration/Public Health, or from a field that promotes research, critical thinking, and analysis. â?¢Masterâ??s degree preferred. Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â?¢3 – 5 years within a data analyst, market research or similar role responsible for delivering data-driven insightsâ?¢Experience in a health care environment is preferred, but not requiredâ?¢Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsâ?¢Proficient with data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and/or Qlikâ?¢Team player with history of collaboration, who can work independently â?¢Working understanding of databases, research methodologies, spreadsheets, data visualizationâ?¢Knowledge of business statistics and data analyses techniquesâ?¢Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsâ?¢Ability to manage and analyze dataâ?¢Willingness to ask questions if direction is unclearâ?¢Solid organizational skills with a natural ability to collaborateâ?¢Takes initiative, identifying what needs to be done and appropriately handles mattersRequired License/Certification:â?¢Fire and Safety Certification.
