DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Communications
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing & Communications
SALARY RANGE: $64,790 – $72,000 (based on experience)
Directs, administers, and coordinates marketing department activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company.
Helps maintain marketing budgets.
Plans and coordinates the marketing of current and new products.
Manages internal marketing portal, project schedules and workflow.
Manages email platform, marketing automation tools, social media and digital marketing strategies.
Develops and coordinates production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.
Develops plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
Coordinates and manages market research and competitive analysis; utilizes knowledge and prepares reports as needed.
Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.
Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.
Assists with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
Stays abreast of the latest marketing strategies and trends .
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Must be fully vaccinated and will need to provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination card on the first day of work.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field from an accredited university.
Four to six years related experience of Marketing workflow, project management, Marketing collateral management and Digital marketing (i.e., website updates, social media, e-mail automation platforms, etc.).

Must take initiative to solve problems as well as handle and prioritize multiple projects.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
