MARKETING MANAGER , MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU) , to play an integral role in developing and furthering MITFCU’s marketing, social media, content, and brand strategies. Will collaborate on recommending and implementing strategic and tactical direction for communicating with members and prospects; translate strategy into actionable tactics/actions for staff, including drafting/reviewing communication and producing content and collateral; create complex and diverse content, including copywriting, content production, proofreading, editing, and administrative support for multiple projects/campaigns/events/websites; create and help coordinate requests and plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, and other marketing projects; ensure our brand look and voice are represented correctly; provide direction and support for employee communication initiatives; collaborate with other departments to define target audience(s) and monitor, track, and report results; measure and monitor effectiveness of communications and provide data-driven recommendations; recommend new tools, strategies, segmentation, SEO, best practices, etc.; serve as marketing contact for internal and external strategic partnerships; assist with budgeting; represent the MITFCU at events; and perform related duties as assigned. Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; at least four years’ marketing experience; record of producing high-quality marketing content on time in a deadline-driven environment; excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and oral and written communication skills; attention to detail; ability to communicate effectively with various teams; experience presenting virtually and in-person to an audience; experience managing the creative development process with key stakeholders; knowledge of market research techniques and ability to review and analyze data and metrics to ascertain the effectiveness of programs/campaigns; and fluency with Adobe Cloud, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
