Orlando, Florida, Job Description The ideal Marketing Director candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. The Marketing Director is responsible for The Realty Medics’ (TRM) marketing and communication strategies, as well as overall branding and image. The role is accountable for annual marketing plans, creating a calendar of campaigns and events, setting the marketing budget and analyzing the market and the competitive landscape. This position will drive organic growth, create new customer value and will manage TRM’s assets to promote our brand. This will include managing current marketing efforts, defining new strategies and tactics, market research, communication and other related marketing, media and PR functions. Responsibilities of this Role Build the brand strategy and drive brand awareness; ensure accuracy and continuity in all aspects of brand image in media, literature, graphics/videos, meetings and at trade shows Drive growth opportunities with prospective customers Manage development and production of all creative concepts and campaigns Manage inbound marketing content strategy, content calendar and all associated copywriting (with outsourced support) Develop and implement a digital marketing/social media strategy across all digital platforms including, but not limited to the company website, social media channels, and content for advertising portals (with outsourced support) Participate in paid/organic marketing budget and show project ROI Create and manage monthly blog including posts based on SEO, trending topics, and brand goals (with outsourced support) Select, coordinate and streamline efforts between partner agencies and consultants Develop marketing automation strategy and execution Work with Sales team to optimize brand positioning, messaging and marketing CRO (conversion rate optimization) efforts Develop and optimize company’s website and email/newsletter marketing programs (with outsourced support) Lead marketing and web data tracking, analytics and integrity, ensuring scorecard numbers are understood and analyzed; includes Google Analytics, Google AdWords Google Optimizer and CRM systems Plan and execute event marketing and sponsorship strategy Research and identify new multichannel opportunities for increased brand visibility, brand equity and mind share Qualifications Significant experience in the real estate and property management industry a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, experience with managing teams and vendors a plus Proven leadership, communication and EQ skills with demonstrated results Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Must be able to work professionally with team members, customers, management, and other individuals or professional groups Skills & Experience Experience in, but not limited to the following: CRM and Automated Marketing Systems (e.g. Hubspot) Marketing Communications Creative Development and Production Vendor Management Website Development and Optimization Media Buying Trade Show and Events Public Relations Local Marketing Activation Copywriting Intellectual Property Digital and Social Media Traditional media (e.g. radio, print, out-of-home) Photography and Video Adobe/Graphics Arts and Video Editing Capabilities are a major plus!
