Aulander, North Carolina, BASIC FUNCTION:

Primary focus on assisting in all marketing campaign activities across all platforms and mediums. This position will help coordinate across the organization, and third parties (e.g. Infinity), to ensure strategic/operational alignment and execution of campaigns and provide resulting metrics/analytics. The coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of research; assist in social media strategy and execution; and be the SME for all items related to campaigns, including strategy, timing, and resulting metrics/analytics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Planning and Execution (90% of time)

Work with a small team of resources (employees or contractors) to build, maintain, enhance, and operate the analytic, marketing, and social media campaign processes.

Partner with Marketing Director and agencies to ensure alignment on campaign execution cycle timeline for all dependent tasks and processes.

Execute individual campaign strategies across Brand and Product campaigns

Manage the end-to-end orchestration, optimization, and reporting of each campaign, including but not limited to advertising, email, social and web tactics.

Ensure consistency in strategic approach to campaigns.

Collaborate with Marketing Director to create comprehensive campaign briefs that are informed by audience and sector insights.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors on the development of strategy or sourcing research to inform strategy.

Work closely with Marketing Director and agencies to commission, analyze, and participate in research to inform or adjust campaign strategies.

Contribute to the development of campaign effectiveness assessment and case studies.

Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms.

Administrative and Support (10% of time)

Maintain and update tracking reports

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelorโ€™s Degree or 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or commensurate experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology.

Identifies building comprehensive social media strategy a plus

Develops and executes marketing and social media campaigns and marketing plans

Identifies the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Ability to think strategically while managing details is critical to success in this role

Ability to anticipate and respond to change in direction in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to both collaborate and work independently, and the decision-making ability to identify when each is required.
