Northwestern Engineering staff members support innovative academic programs, an intellectual footprint that deepens the frontiers of knowledge, partnerships that catalyze education and research, and a diverse culture that embraces different viewpoints and ideas.   Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and executing the marketing channel strategies to drive quality prospective student populations to apply and ultimately accept offers of admission to Northwestern Engineering professional programs. The Marketing Coordinator, Recruitment will report to Marketing Manager, Recruitment. Working with internal staff/faculty and community members (i.e. Corporate Partners/Alumni/Students), the Marketing Coordinator is the principal executor of content marketing. The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing Strategy for all aspects of marketing initiatives for programs in the Office of Professional Education. *Note:  Not all aspects of the job are covered by this job description. Specific Responsibilities : Supports content marketing strategies by managing content calendars, working with outside partners, and posting content to Northwestern Engineering websites and social media platforms. Supports the planning on marketing strategies for the Office of Professional Education programs by providing consistent and accurate data on the performance of initiatives. Leads the implementation of marketing strategies against approved budget plans, ensuring that efforts are within approved budheys. Support the planning of recruitment activities and events to deliver a best-in-class experience for prospective students, admitted students, and all other key stakeholders. Supports CRM operations, including data entry and analysis Produces reports and ROI analysis for strategic marketing initiatives. Identifies opportunities to improve and enhance activities based on analysis, feedback, and competitive intelligence. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired. 4+ years of professional work experience with coordination/event planning/management responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and cooperatively with other staff and volunteers. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and creative skills. Familiarity and comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite.
