Job Summary: Eastern Washington University is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator-Eagle Store. The Marketing Coordinator is directly responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and management of marketing programs and brand image for the EWU Eagle Store. Directs content creation and maintenance of the store’s social media accounts and website. Responsible for monitoring and assessing communications, services, policies, and procedures of the EWU Eagle Store to ensure effective and high-quality customer service. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in customer service or retail Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines, paying attention to detail, established goals, and produce desired results Demonstrated ability in retail merchandising including purchasing and presentation Ability to develop and manage different marketing strategies based on target markets Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to work within a diverse community, to establish and maintain good working relationships Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and web page design Experience with social media management: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. Demonstrated ability to apply a culturally responsive and flexible approach that is supportive to the diverse needs, including universal accessibility, or our students, staff, faculty and the public.
