Hanover, New Hampshire, Coordinate and implement marketing and promotions activities for assigned sports, which are designed to meet the department’s goals for revenue and attendance. Execution of these goals will be completed by creating and executing event promotions, ticket sales initiatives, corporate sponsorship fulfillment, and community outreach. Plans and assists in implementing departmental special events, which include but not limited to watch parties, season ticket holder events, youth sport initiatives, community outreach events, select alumni functions and kid’s club. Assists with the execution of social/digital media campaigns that will heighten the department’s brand, as well as increase awareness and ticket sales. Marketing & Promotions – 60%

Coordinate and execute marketing plans for selected sports, which are designed to meet the department’s goals for revenue and attendance.
Assist with outbound and group sales initiatives with local businesses, school districts, past season ticket holders and other community organizations.
Assist with digital and social media strategies/campaigns in order to increase the department’s brand awareness while maintaining consistent messaging that will serve as guidance for other teams in the department.
Produce graphic design content for marketing and sales purposes that will be utilized for all revenue generating sports.
Cultivate and manages student workforce.
Create radio, print, digital (social/email) advertisements for select sports.
Coordinate components of the Big Green Youth Fan Club.
Execute all advertising, marketing, promotions and in game fan experience for assigned sports.
Assist with maintaining and building relationships with on-campus partners in order to raise student attendance at select sporting events.
Organize and provide strategies for additional revenue generating ideas for the department.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing. Event & Game.

Production – 40%

Develop scripts and in-game activities for all assigned sports and other events as necessary.
Assist with overseeing the marketing and promotions/game-day student interns.
Communicate with external vendors regarding event needs as well as with coaches & support staff.
Assist with corporate sponsor contract fulfillment.
Offers new strategies and ideas that utilize corporate sponsors in a way that adds value to both the partnership and the in-game experience.
Assist as departmental liaison with cheer team and marching band.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing.
