Houston, Texas, JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing CHC mail and warehouse vendor. Coordinates all Member and provider material mailings. Responsible for all material inventory maintenance. Develops usage and inventory reports used to project quantity needs. Work closely with internal staff to fulfill marketing material and promotional items inventory orders. Responsible for maintaining Health and Human Services Commission correspondence and approvals. Coordinates promotional items ordering process. Possesses knowledge and skill to provide valuable process improvement recommendations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High school diploma. Some college. 2. Work Experience: 3 years 3. Equipment Operated: MS Office SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking) Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports) 2. Other Skills: MS Word, MS Excel
