MSK Direct creates a relationship between Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) and employers and unions, ensuring simplified, guided access to the benefits of cancer treatment at MSK. With MSK Direct, employees and members have direct access to a team of dedicated professionals who specialize in cancer. The team includes experienced nurses, social workers, and MSK Care Advisors who will be there to guide them through the process of getting care either on site or through remote services. This role will be responsible for serving as the marketing expert for corporate and union partners, improving and developing their future communication activities, programs and expanding new opportunities. You will collaborate with the Partnerships and Business Development team in order to implement the MSK Direct program within our current and new customers by pulling through content that drives awareness of, and preference for, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Reporting to our Director, Integrated Marketing, you will: Understand the employer-to-employee benefits landscape and be the voice of the employee. Drive insights on health trends and put them into action by developing and pulling-through content across employer channels and platforms. Work cross-functionally to develop marketing materials and campaigns assets that adhere to brand, style, and standards guidelines. Assets include but are not limited to emails, landing pages, paid media ads, flyers, direct mail, webinar presentations, events, and member testimonials. Develop multicultural content and programs that help inform and engage specific populations disproportionately affected by cancer. Collaborate with Partner Engagement teams (account managers) to support launch communications and new product implementation with unique populations. Track monthly call volume against campaign performance by evaluating marketing drivers (channel metrics) and engagement activities against benchmarks. Own campaign calendar of events. Responsible for developing and managing project plans and leading all aspects of timelines to meet deliverables. Create self-sustaining processes to scale and focus on high-value initiatives to maximize resource utilization. Maintain up-to-date and organized files for all stages/versions to completed work. Coordinate and run weekly status meetings and provide day-to-day project status to the team. Prepare materials for executive level quarterly business reviews. You have: 5+ years of marketing expertise with a 360 integrated approach using a wide variety of channels – including highly segmented CRM/email sends, direct mail, social media, events and community engagement. Strong analytical skills using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Cross-functional experience creating marketing materials and working across joint marketing activities, building trusted professional relationships with internal teams and external agencies. Proven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skills. Positive demeanor and ability to manage up, down, and across the organization. Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the keen ability to synthesize sophisticated information into accessible and relatable terms. Strong software skills; proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other collaboration and project management tools. Experience using Adobe Cloud products including InDesign and Photoshop. Enthusiasm for and dedication to MSKs mission. #LI-POST
