Minneapolis, Minnesota, Job Description Join an award-winning team working on communication and marketing initiatives to help drive growth for the firm. Responsibilities include: ??? Develop innovative client content following Ameriprise brand and style guidelines and integrating Ameriprise Client Experience messaging. ??? Project manage key initiatives for the team and business partners from across the firm. This includes, but is not limited to, managing timelines, technology needs and budgets. ??? Create and execute strategic communication and marketing plans in support of major firm initiatives. ??? Manage agency relationships for work on digital tools and resources to enhance a compelling digital experience for our clients. ??? Work closely on the digital welcome experience and Ameriprise statements. Continually enhance and update these critical client facing resources. ??? Manage competitor research projects working with internal research teams and external research vendor Responsibilities Provide strategic communications consulting for business partners (across enterprise staff and business units or within a business unit) and identifying key messages. Ensure compliance approvals obtained as needed. Develop and execute implementation plan for marketing programs or initiatives. Coordinate with internal or external partners to execute assigned programs/campaigns through the appropriate channels. Create innovative communication and marketing plans and tactics to introduce new programs, processes, or information, as well as to increase awareness of current business-driven programs drive engagement and business results. Write, edit and coordinate communications to employees, field members, clients and other audiences to ensure alignment with overall communication plan. Integrate communication plans and messages with other initiatives by working closely with integrated consulting team. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in communications or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language. Strong writing, editing, problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically, coach and influence people at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
