REMOTE, This position is fully remote. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications, this very hands-on role of Marketing & Communications Coordinator not only conceives strategies and tactics to raise rates of member acquisition, retention, conference and event attendance, and cross/up-selling, but implements those strategies as well. Strong focus on email and social media marketing, as well as creating online promotional content and programs to increase member acquisition and retention rates. Works with the senior manager to create strategies and tactics to target and gain access to existing and new markets. Oversees creation and implementation of organization’s newsletters, emails, and social media, and partners with the director on promotional campaigns and special projects. Creates, analyzes, and tracks social media and paid-search marketing campaigns. Collaborates with the webmaster, ACMP developers and marketing and communications colleagues to develop and implement search engine optimization strategies and tactics. This role is responsible for providing data analytics and reporting of key initiatives on a weekly and/or monthly basis. Key Skills and Competencies

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and interact with colleagues and clients internally and externally
Self-starter, capable of seeing projects through from conception to completion with a high degree of accuracy, and willing to research and ask questions as needed
Ability to develop and communicate project plans
Ability to create interactive content via a variety of tools, and experience with content marketing across a variety of channels
Extensive experience with email marketing (ACMP uses Mail Chimp.) Possesses the ability to pull targeted lists from AMS (Association Management Software) and import those audiences into email platform. Design and implement emails.
Basic understanding of digital marketing best practices, specifically in the areas of social media, SEO, and online advertising
Competency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Experience with social media writing, calendaring, posting and advertising (all social media channels, plus Sprout Social)
Competency with Canva and basic graphic design skills
Competency with basic video editing
Ability to collect, analyze, and report digital marketing performance monthly
This position may have limited travel to periodic conferences
