Position Description:
SmartAcre is looking for a Campaign Manager who will manage, execute, and report on lead and demand generation campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This team member will have a solid background in all things inbound marketing, lead and demand generation, digital marketing, data analysis, and reporting. They will be able to leverage marketing and sales technologies to execute and report on campaign success — experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, or Marketo, is highly preferred. 
Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with their dedicated team on a select portfolio of client accounts to develop campaign strategies directly aligned to client growth goals. 
Manage multi-touch campaigns from start to finish, delegating and assisting with the execution of lead and demand gen tactics focused on inbound marketing, nurturing, engagement, and sales enablement.
Leverage tools focused on data, marketing automation, CRM, content marketing, engagement, and conversion optimization to implement campaigns.
Consult through analysis, tools, expertise, trend insights, and reporting of results. Remain agile to pivot campaign direction to meet goals.
Provide day-to-day support and communication to clients and internal team members.
Create and/or leverage content and lead and demand gen assets with a high understanding of client products and services through multiple channels.
Coordinate/PM with the accounts, creative, and technology teams to drive projects to completion.
Continually stay on top and ahead of the changing digital marketing landscape, specifically marketing technology and automation.

Minimum Qualification & Skills:

3+ years of experience in inbound and digital marketing.
Firm understanding of lead and demand gen tactics, including inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
Working knowledge of marketing automation tools including HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo and/or Salesforce.
Technical understanding of the pieces that make up a successful digital campaign and how that process is executed.
Expertise in data analysis, presentations, and consultative reporting.
Proficient in managing digital marketing campaigns and projects with multiple resources, stakeholders, and multiple deadlines.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to continuously problem solve across diverse subject matter with high client and team visibility.
Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects, budgets, and resources at once, and be highly accountable for results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
