New York, New York, New York County Dental Society (NYCDS) is looking for a Marketing & Membership Coordinator to assist in all aspects of membership recruitment and digital marketing. Event logistics and administrative responsibilities are also required.
Plan, present, and launch innovative campaigns across social media accounts that deepen engagement to help retain current members, recruit non-members, and grow activity across platforms
Use the Informz platform to help develop a creative emails for marketing the organization’s programs and services
Create electronic invitations for NYCDS social and membership events
Provide layout/design services for an interactive digital newsletter on a quarterly basis
Edit video recordings of Zoom webinars
Post current content to the NYCDS website
Update and run reports utilizing spreadsheets and databases
Undertake daily administrative activities including answering the phone
Handle member requests regarding membership status and more
Requirements * 2-5 years in a marketing or related role and proven experience with social media
Fundamental graphic design and copywriting skills
Good understanding of office management and strong administrative skills
Demonstrable ability to multi-task, establish work priorities, and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent MS Office skills. Experience with Adobe InDesign (or similar) is important. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Forms, Aptify, Sitefinity, and/or Informz is a plus. Experience with newsletter design is a plus.
Strong social media skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate within a small team environment and be ready to jump-in and assist.
