Fort Wayne , Indiana, The Marketing Analyst, working closely with the Digital Strategy Manager, supports the marketing and communications team in measuring and reporting on the performance of traditional and digital campaigns that support service line and facility plans across the health system. Is a dynamic, data-driven individual with a strong blend of story-telling and technical expertise in various marketing tools including web analytics, CRM platforms, search engine marketing, social media analytics, and display advertising.
Responsibilities include the following:

Partners with the marketing team and Parkview stakeholders to understand marketing initiatives and goals in order to establish campaign success metrics.
Works directly with agencies and partners to ensure online digital campaigns accurately track goals and events concordant with Parkview Health business goals.
Tracks performance throughout campaign life cycle and generating actionable insights for marketing campaigns, email initiatives, website optimization, and CRM tactics through analytics to drive results across all channels.
Measures the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns and developing dashboards to assist in reporting out on key findings.
Interprets results of marketing programs from first contact with consumer through conversion funnel, creating and presenting materials that translate complex data analysis into easy-to-understand stories with persuasive recommendations for all levels of management.
Works with marketing staff to coordinate the launch and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns, incorporating social media, display, paid search, and/or email. and implement insights throughout campaign duration.
Maintains marketing data sources for accuracy as a source of truth.
Organizes the execution and collection of primary research activities, including test-and-learn campaigns and surveys, and gathers secondary research to obtain key learnings on relevant market and industry trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Must have a minimum of three years of experience in data analysis and reporting with healthcare experience preferred.
Minimum three years of Google Analytics experience
Minimum three years of Google Tag Manager experience
Experience with CRM platforms
Knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other marketing advertising platforms
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and generate insights
Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and scientific calculations
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Google Data Studio
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
