JOB SUMMARY      Marriott International launched its new loyalty program, Marriott Bonvoy, in Q1 2019 with the ambition to enrich members’ lives through the power of “Good Travel.”  Marriott Bonvoy offers an unparalleled portfolio of hotels across 30 brands, inspiring member experiences, and a set of enriching member benefits.   The Manager, Loyalty Marketing Promotions will help execute the strategy around engaging our customer base to drive incremental revenue and increased engagement in the loyalty program(s). Reporting to the Senior Director, Loyalty Marketing Promotions, this person will be responsible for the execution of acquisition, activation, engagement and win-back loyalty promotions campaigns.  This position requires a self-motivated professional who has a passion for delivering strong results but also ensuring that the quality of campaigns never suffer.  This position works with diverse work teams comprised of Marriott associates and consultants to ensure successful execution of new or on-going programs.   CANDIDATE PROFILE     Education and Experience Preferred 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance; OR 5+ years of relevant professional experience in of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.     CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Points Purchase Promotions Creates a comprehensive, omni-channel marketing plan for each promotion – including an aggressive test and learn agenda (creative, segmentation, channel expansion, technology expansion). Designs and executes on all promotion related marketing assets.   Acquisition/Enrollment Marketing Supports new member acquisition activities by collaborating closely with all acquisitions channel stakeholders. Designs and executes new member acquisition marketing strategies across all channels. Delivers new member activation campaigns and promotions to support key program KPIs (e.g. enrollment with 2+ stays).   Member & Elite Exclusive Offers Reviews and approves Member Exclusive & Elite Exclusive Offers with a focus on program compliance and copy writing. Supports the development and delivery of training, program reporting and program enhancements.   General Helps manage the Loyalty promotional budget across areas of responsibility. Coordinates with Continent teams to ensure successful pull through in each market. Works collaboratively with internal and external Loyalty marketing agency resources to execute projects on schedule and on budget. Monitors the industry and competitive marketplace to identify marketing opportunities and improvements.        Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders Understands and meets the needs of key stakeholders.
