What you’ll be doing… The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) organization is responsible for leading integrated marketing programs across the Central Marketing Organization (CMO) and respective Business Groups. The IMC Team is responsible for: strategic planning of marketing initiatives, being a single point of contact (POC) for the Business Unit (BU) and CMO organizations, leading the strategic brief writing, and managing communication priorities for Verizon. Collaborate with segment marketing leads to define campaign objectives and establish strategic brief. Partner with internal teams (creative, media, research, insights, competitive intelligence, go to market, PR, AR, events, legal) to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing needs. Author and own strategic briefs for multiple products and lines of business, targeting multiple audiences – from working team to executive level overviews. Ensure all projects are aligned with established strategy and keep team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline. Manage timelines and continuously monitor the pulse of all program details and to have knowledge and ability to report on the status of any deliverable at a given point in time. Where you’ll be working: In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. What we’re looking for… You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. B2B Marketing experience. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Degree in marketing. Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA. Experience working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Agency or consultant experience. Communication and presentation skills.
