Sydney, New South Wales, We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Ethical Marketing Associate to join our Nutrition business based in Sydney . Reporting to the Ethical Marketing Lead, you will assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for the ethical product portfolio to achieve market share, sales growth, profit and cost targets across Australia/NZ.  The role assists in the development of short and long-term marketing plans, with a high level of focus on flawless in-market execution for Hospital, Aged Care, Community and prescription Paediatrics. Main responsibilities are, and not limited to: Lead the execution of key marketing activities, communications and initiatives for assigned brand and product portfolio Develop, align and gain approval on key activation briefs to be given to external agencies Develop and maintain key agency relationships involved in the development and delivery of marketing initiatives, including briefing, running weekly WIPs and ensuring appointed agencies deliver to agreed timings and briefs Lead the appointment of new suppliers as required to support the use of agencies, involvement in conferences or third-party education providers or development of partnerships. Lead post-evaluation reporting of activations with key agencies to measure performance against agreed objectives and identify key learnings Analyse market dynamics, competitive landscape and key data sets in order to develop key insights Work with the Digital team to ensure delivery of the Ethical digital agenda and identify and implement ways to improve the online experience for HCP’s, patients and caregivers Lead content management of HCP websites and contribute to optimisation of digital portfolio based on data, customer experience and key events Act as a key point of contact with the field team for the Ethical brand team. Source field team insights for consideration in the development of brand strategy and execution Work with identified external partners to establish relationships and endorsements for brands or products within the portfolio as required What you will bring to this role: Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Communications. Advantageous, but not essential, to have Nutrition or Dietetics qualifications Experience as a Brand Manager or a high performing Associate Brand Manager ready to step up Preferred experience in marketing within Healthcare sector Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisation, time management and planning ability Working effectively in a team environment, resolving conflicts and reaching consensus Proficient with all business tools (including spreadsheets and graphics) to complete all administrative tasks accurately and on-time Highly organised, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team Due to the inherent requirements of the role, the preferred candidate must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination before commencement and maintain their vaccination status.
