Director, Strategic Talent Marketing & Sourcing – NA (Remote) | Novartis

Reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Talent Marketing, Intel & Sourcing, the newly created US based Director role will lead US Strategic Talent Marketing and US Strategic Sourcing. This role has a dotted line into the US Head of Talent and Workforce for the US market. This role partners with country level business leaders, Communications partners, as well as P&O (HR) and D&I partners to drive forward a globally aligned and locally resonating strategies in the United States and across the Americas region. Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include but not limited to: * Partner with Global Head, US Head of Talent, and local leaders to amplify the US country organization as an employer of choice in order to help deliver outstanding talent. * Collaborate closely with business leaders, TA colleagues and P&O to create and oversee the delivery of specific efficient and collaborative go-to-market plans for team builds or niche/senior level hiring. * Create effective talent marketing and sourcing practices through data analysis, competitor analysis and market segmentation and work with Americas Talent Engagement Head to determine the right digital market channels and technologies. * Collaborate with the Global Lead for Market Intelligence to build reports for presentation at senior level to guide business critical decisions on headcount plans. * Collaborate with the recently created Strategic Sourcing team, supporting them to be best in class in engaging and nurturing relationships with outstanding talent for now and for the future. * Partner with the D&I TA Lead on devising efficient go-to-market approaches to engage diverse talent. * Collaborate closely with the University Relations Lead on devising an efficient go-to-market approach to engage early talent. * Represent the US strategic talent marketing and sourcing team in a variety of country-level leadership teams and councils related to talent.
