Syracuse, New York, Job Description: Reporting to the Sr. AVP of Operations, the Director of Operations works in deep partnership with the Sr. AVP of Operations to strategically guide marketing divisional projects and initiatives. The Director is a seasoned professional and serves as an advisor to the SAVP and will work across the University with key VIPโ€™s, stakeholders, and University Leaders. An excellent leader, this individual leads critical Division-wide strategic efforts that are essential to the teamยฟs success. Serves as a partner to the SAVP in execution of the divisional operations plan. This individual will mobilize teams and resources in order to see projects to fruition. Some of those efforts include: divisional strategic planning/calendar, onboarding and succession planning, Divisional retreats/events and recognition, managing the internship program and student advisory group. Is effective at translating strategic plans into operational efforts. Has great attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
