New Brunswick, NJ, Director of Marketing (New Jersey State Bar Foundation)
Primary Purpose / Job Summary :  Creates and implements the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s marketing initiatives, including developing, conducting and tracking the success of engaging social media campaigns and overseeing management of the NJSBF website.
Reports to :   New Jersey State Bar Foundation Executive Director
Essential Functions / Role and Responsibilities :

Evaluates, develops and implements marketing plans for Foundation initiatives
Creates and develops compelling social media campaigns to effectively promote NJSBF programs
Builds brand awareness for the Foundation
Reviews current trends and campaign results to determine the effectiveness and ROI of strategies in use
Works collaboratively with other staff members from the NJSBF as well as staff from other related organizations to support the NJSBF mission
Research potential audiences for NJSBF programming and develop appropriate promotions to reach them
Oversees Foundation website, including content, updates to pages, and integration of website into marketing plan
Oversees emailing marketing platform and email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, analyzing data and overseeing the maintenance of lists
Works with Director of Creative Content in promoting social media to improve reach
May be required to attend trade shows with Director of Creative Content

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Minimum Qualifications / Education Requirements :

5 years experience in a leadership position demonstrating a substantial level of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
