Cybrary is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for managing a specific set of marketing tactics and metrics as part of a cross-functional team. This individual must be passionate about driving growth, familiar with testing and experimentation to continuously improve performance, and have experience with growth hacking and product-led growth.
The person in this role will lead a cross-functional team consisting of Marketing, Product, Engineering, Content and Business Intelligence teammates accountable to deliver business results. In addition, the Growth Marketing Director be responsible for running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rates, and increasing our number of new and returning users to the platform. The Cybrary Growth Marketing Director will determine the most effective channels and strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals and execute upon them.
The ideal candidate is outcome-focused, enjoys partnering with agile teams, and likes finding new ways to reach prospects and customers.  
What you will do

Lead and contribute to a cross-functional team (Product, Engineering, Content, Business Intelligence) to establish growth strategies to support Cybrary’s conversion and revenue goals
Develop and manage growth-focused marketing campaigns, identifying and measuring KPIs while utilizing data to optimize yield and efficiency
Create a seamless experience between Cybrary’s public website and application in order to convert new users to customers and increase usage among existing customers
Conceive, measure and execute A/B and multivariate tests; delivering results as well as insights for the rest of the team
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement, funneling this knowledge into the next iteration of your campaigns
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build and report out on metrics
Perform research to glean insights and identify new growth opportunities
Continuously innovate Cybrary’s approach to driving growth; run quick-fire, data-driven testing to determine the potential success of new channels
Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level

What you bring to the table

Experience with Product-Led Growth at a SaaS company is a must
A minimum of 8 years of Marketing experience
Ability to ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
Experience mapping the customer journey from marketing interactions to website visits to product signups to product usage, and optimize the experience as part of an empowered team
Strong track record of driving sales growth through well-tested marketing programs
Strong analytical skills and experimentation to drive pipeline growth
Ability to build and pull reporting to identify optimization opportunities at each step of the customer experience
Base knowledge of digital marketing tactics
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
Standout communication skills including written communication, with the ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
General MarTech experience, including Salesforce and Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or other Marketing Automation Platforms
