Schedule:   Full-Time/Day Location: Great Lakes Region Support The role you’ll contribute: Directs the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies The value you’ll bring to the team: Creates public relations plans focusing on clinical strengths and the reputation of the organization. Maintains relationships with the media. Writes and distributes press releases, coordinates media visits, secures appropriate approvals, and complies with regulatory requirements. Compiles data and prepares reports. Builds and maintains relationships with management and medical staff, identifies communication opportunities and manages the image and communications of executive staff. Provides communications strategy development, execution and project management for various internal clients and other strategic priorities. Plans internal communication efforts and campaigns to keep associates current on strategic initiatives. Plans and coordinates media events. Collaborates on development and strengthening of marketing channels with an emphasis on physician relations and ensuring network-wide coordination of marketing and advertising activities. Reviews and recommends for approval all new requests for community relationships, evaluating for support of systems initiatives. Prepares departmental budgets and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and directs internal/external audits Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required. 5 years of experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
