Irvine, California, General Summary : Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with the Firm’s website, content marketing, email marketing and social media initiatives. Work cohesively with team members and attorneys to ensure efficient support of administrative tasks and superior client service.
Ensure website quality and maximize website performance. This includes identifying and implementing website updates using Content Management System, consistently auditing website for accuracy and maximum performance, as well as identifying opportunities to improve content and functionality.
Obtain monthly statistics related to traffic and work with Supervisor to distribute report internally to applicable individuals.
Manage proposals for future improvements and maintenance to the website. Communicate and track suggestions for changes to ensure proper prioritization. Work with Firm’s agency to understand financial impact of such changes. Assist in developing recommendations for the Business Development Committee’s consideration.
Manage newsletter and blog teams to produce content on a weekly basis via reminders, obtaining approvals for content, and publishing to website.
Coordinate legal alerts to send out to targeted email lists.
Maintain relationships and accounts with content distribution partners.
Create email invitations for events and seminars within established templates.
Work with Business Development Coordinators to ensure correct criteria is utilized in determining marketing lists for applicable email marketing initiatives.
Manage the Firm’s social media accounts and strategy. This is accomplished through the execution of social media campaigns; maximizing followers and content engagement by leveraging various social media platforms; and monitoring social media for comments, positive and negative, and work with Director of Business Development and Chair of Business Development Committee to determine appropriate response.
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent law firm experience required.
Digital marketing experience required.
Excellent computer skills; working knowledge of HTML codes and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Must be efficient, accurate, flexible, timely, organized and have excellent analytical skills.
Effective writing skills; excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team player and a positive attitude is a must.
Must meet minimum testing requirements.
Able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
