About this Position As the Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Search you are responsible for executing our paid media strategy to grow our B2C customer base and increase B2B demand utilizing Google and Microsoft (Bing) paid search, video, and display advertising. This is a key role on the Acquisition Marketing team working closely with a paid social counterpart to capture intent and create interest in INE’s training platform. What you’ll be doing: Platform & Campaign Management Own paid search strategy and execution for B2C and B2B initiatives. Ensure ad accounts are configured appropriately including tracking and conversion pixel implementation via Google Tag Manager (GTM) Work with Analytics teams to ensure Google Analytics properties are configured and properly collecting data Build paid search campaigns utilizing paid media strategies developed by the Acquisition Marketing team Work autonomously to manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns, including but no limited to: Bid optimizations and budget allocations Assess ad copy performance to make recommendations for improvement Review search queries in order to expand keyword targeting and identify additional negative keywords Audience analysis, expansion, and optimizations Work closely with the Engagement Marketing team to assess lead quality in order to better convert free users into paying customers Review ad copy and provide feedback and recommendations to content team based on best practices and performance, as well as create alternative copy variations for testing Ensure media management adherence to INE Brand Standards Meet and exceed CPL, CPAS, CPE media targets Key Requirements of this Position A Bachelor’s degree. 3-5 years of experience in paid media buying for direct-response marketing, specifically paid search, video, and display advertising Demonstrated hands on-experience with the Google Ads & Microsoft Ads platforms Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Expertise in ad tracking and pixel management
