Nationwide, Work remotely. The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Director of Communications & Community Relations and the organization by providing a balance of skills geared toward customer acquisition, lead generation, upsell, and nurture opportunities, including improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website and portal. This position requires strong copywriting, design, and analytics skills. The position will be a strong team-player, able to manage multiple and shifting priorities, be self-motivated, and have strong time-management skills. Job Duties Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns. Support our brand messaging strategy and standards. Oversee email marketing and lead nurturing efforts. Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments. Design and edit marketing collateral, posters, ads, website updates, and other marketing materials. Act as our community manager on our social media accounts . Oversee all components of the website, including creating microsites, landing pages, navigation, and image use with special attention to accessibility, responsive design, and mobile requirements Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience. Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth. Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news , so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities. Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and so on. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field. Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat), Illustrator, HTML. Experience with UX/UI and web design. Expertise/experience with SEO, Google analytics. Expertise/experience with social media posting, scheduling, analytics, reporting. Knowledge of digital and print accessibility requirements for collateral materials and website. Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed. Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
