Virtual Work From Home, A ‘tech-savvy’ digital expert, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, building, managing, and analyzing AACE’s digital marketing presence. With the primary goal of driving traffic to AACE.com, they will proactively manage and optimize our digital marketing strategies to ensure best results. Responsible for AACE digital marketing strategy and for personalizing AACE’s marketing to deliver individualized, relevant messages and targeted promotional campaigns. Identifies opportunities for new products and services. Leads strategic marketing projects with the Director of Marketing and Engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of omni-channel marketing to optimize acquisition, retention, win-back, and personalization strategies for AACE audiences – including community members and patients/public
Daily hands-on management and monitoring of relevant AACE digital accounts, including paid and organic social media and email marketing
Oversee the development, execution, and analysis of campaigns, including promotional management and communication, database segmentation, behavior-based and triggered messaging, and performance analysis
Establish data-driven testing and optimization procedures to continually improve the overall performance of AACE digital marketing efforts.
Lead the development of overall best-in-class e-commerce strategies and digital content management including for AACE’s online learning center and event registration sales
Oversee the innovative use of technology to enhance communication, brand reputation, brand experience and drive action in support of business objectives
Use data-backed measurement and analysis to constantly test, refine and scale campaigns to increase engagement and online sales
Partner with internal Marketing team members to develop and implement new initiatives and ongoing programs to acquire and retain community members
Deliver reporting and insights on digital metrics including web traffic and conversion data to influence business strategy and support continuous improvements to digital ecosystem
Mandatory expertise in the following: SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, business account management on social media, ad campaign creation and maintenance in various search and social media accounts.
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing targeted marketing communications and campaigns. Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Accountable, attentive to details and strong follow-through. Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, driving towards clarity and solutions. Possesses integrity, credibility, and commitment to the corporate mission. Excellent people skills and ability to collaborate with AACE colleagues. Some travel may be required.
