Do it here. What you’ll be doing… The Verizon Team is seeking a revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing. We are seeking a leader that will be responsible for overseeing demand generation programs in the small business space. The responsibilities will cover ideation, research, implementation, stakeholder management, budget alignment, measurement, etc. Work cross-functionally with strategists, multiple agencies, field/product marketing, marketing intelligence, digital, CX, and sales leadership to implement demand generation programs, ultimately generating new opportunities and sales pipeline. Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals. Partner with campaign strategists and subject matter experts to implement appropriate campaign messaging based on audience type and interest area. Collaborate with other marketing channel owners to execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web properties, paid, and social media. Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows. Interpret program KPIs and dashboard insights to inform next best activity. Report on performance to goal and areas for optimization on a regular cadence. Where you’ll be working… In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. What we’re looking for… You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience in the practice of digital demand generation. Knowledge of demand waterfall analytics. Experience of the lifecycle marketing and sales process. Knowledge of marketing automation systems (such as Eloqua, Marketo), as well as CRM systems (such as Salesforce.com). Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree in business or marketing. A proven track record of driving successful programs, turning leads into MQLs. Experience in a matrixed organization with a Fortune 100 company. Direct working experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) in a one to few environment. Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or MCA w/specialization in events. Ability to navigate, influence, manage and lead a cross-functional team. Knowledge of building B2B demand generation strategies and campaigns. Knowledge about campaign effectiveness measured against KPIs. Experience with buyer’s journey, nurture tactics, personas and lead scoring. Exceptional project time management and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously in support of a wide variety of business leaders, all while demonstrating a professional demeanor, flexible attitude, and an enthusiasm for producing highly creative and thoughtful work.
