Big Rapids, Michigan, Position Title: Coordinator of Recruitment Marketing   Location: Big Rapids (Main Campus)   Department: 61100 – Admissions   Advertised Salary: $42,000-$44,000 Salary commensurate with education, experiences, and other requirements. Comprehensive benefit package (health care, vacation, etc.)   FLSA: Exempt   Temporary/Continuing:  Continuing   Part-Time/Full-Time: Full-Time   Union Group: N/A   Term of Position: 12 Month   At Will/Just Cause: Just Cause   Summary of Position: Responsible for developing content and strategy used to drive communications for Enrollment Services. This position requires a unique mix of strategy and implementation to effectively communicate important admissions and financial aid relate information and processes to prospective students, admits, parents and continuing students.   Position Type: Staff   Required Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.   Required Work Experience: Work experience in an aspect of recruitment, marketing and/or public relations. Ability to work with a diverse workforce and student population.   Required Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.   Physical Demands: Office Environment Bending Carrying Moving Reaching Sitting Twisting Balancing Driving Pulling/Pushing Repetitive Movement Standing   Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: Demonstrated work experience in higher education or other personnel recruitment setting. Experience with Salesforce, Pardot and or Marketing Cloud.   Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement an integrated online marketing strategy, generating an engaging and responsive experience across channels, including email communications, website, networking platforms, mobile app, and social media. 2. Engage, listen, and respond to new students and families, ensuring a superior customer experience and efficient delivery of service. 3. Support implementation of SEO strategies. 4. Manage marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring unified messaging and branding aligned with university standards. 5. Draft email communication in collaboration with internal teams. 6. Audit existing pages and identifying ways to improve user experience and the student-customer journey. 7. Develop content, edit, and proofread external communications. 8. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff and community members.   Marginal Duties/Responsibilities: Perform all other duties as assigned.   Skills and Abilities: Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with a varied and diverse group of constituents. Research, explore and recommend effective methods of recruitment practices. Communicate successfully, both oral and written, to include public speaking.
