, As a Vice President in Sales you will be responsible for maintenance and development of key institutional investor client relationships, playing a central role in distributing JP Morgan’s global equity product. You will be need the ability to be fluent and navigate these products effectively among a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, hedge funds etc.) as well as bringing your own idea generation and market insight. You will bring a collaborative approach working with business partners across trading, research, syndicate and others to provide comprehensive client coverage, delivering the whole firm in order to maximise the client experience. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: 5+ years’ experience on the equities sell/buyside or corporate finance / capital markets Strong self-starter given potential desk responsibilities and growth Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure An analytical thinker who has strong attention to detail Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure Strong understanding of fundamental product Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative abilities Strong team player that is detail oriented with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and self-manage priorities Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree required
