London, United Kingdom, You will drive and execute the marketing strategy for the UK and select European countries in alignment with the business objectives, working closely with the EMEA channel marketing team, as well as the wider marketing and the sales teams.   Duties and responsibilities Build a strong understanding of product and strategic priorities for the business Initiate and contribute to and lead complex marketing campaigns and projects, based on appropriate client segmentation Create effective marketing content, including emails, videos and advertisements Work with the Head of Wholesale Marketing and the Finance team to set and manage the annual marketing budget for the UK and PIMSA markets Partner with content, product and digital marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns Manage external suppliers, agencies and clients as required Work closely with the broader marketing and sales teams to develop and execute innovative marketing approaches Define appropriate KPI and produce campaigns reports and analytics Develop relationships with stakeholders in other teams to share feedback and work effectively Managing and executing data analysis and marketing content via digital platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, Global Meet and google analytics Work with compliance to ensure all marketing materials and collaterals comply with all relevant regulatory requirements   The role requires: Degree in Marketing or related topic Excellent writing/editing and communication skills Able to adapt content to relevant media and audience Solid knowledge of the asset management business in the UK  Understanding of risk and compliance factors Budget management Presentation skills Able to work independently and on complex and important projects Creativity Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Deadline driven Good relationship skills with various stakeholders (internal teams, peers, and external third parties) Ability to communicate effectively and influence others Analytical skills and comfortable escalating Good planning and project management skills Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Proactive and enthusiastic Client centric approach through all marketing work Question practices and requirements to ensure best practice and value add
