Overview of the Role: Morgan Stanley is looking to hire a Brand and Integrated Campaign Manager to support the firm?s Global Centers. Located across six countries (China, India, Hungary, UK, Canada and the US) and with over 23,000 employees, the Global Centers provide innovation and specialized business support to the firm globally. Based in New York with the broader Firmwide Marketing Team, the successful candidate will primarily support the firm’s four US locations (Alpharetta, Baltimore, Columbus and Salt Lake City) and Canada (Montreal) to build local brand awareness and support talent acquisition and retention efforts. The role also requires close coordination with Firmwide Marketing colleagues in London, Mumbai and Hong Kong, who manage marketing activity in the Global Centers in Europe and Asia-Pacific. This varied role requires a versatile and collaborative individual with wide ranging brand and marketing experience. It will involve managing numerous marketing activities including writing briefs, developing creative assets, reviewing marketing collateral, preparing presentations and stakeholder management. The individual will work extensively with colleagues across Firmwide Marketing – including social media, content, market research and paid media teams- to leverage their programs and resources. Another key component of this role is to ensure that all activities are knitted into existing external and internal communications strategies and support Global Center business objectives. As a result, the role also requires liaison and integration with Corporate Communications (Internal Communications and PR), Global Center Management and Talent Acquisition Teams in HR. This role co-reports to the Head of International Marketing based in London and the Head of Global Brand Management in New York reflecting global nature of the Center locations and the importance of ensuring this role is integrated into the Firm?s global brand and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact across Firmwide Marketing for the US and Canadian Global Centers. Understand the Global Brand and Global Center strategy, proactively identify opportunities to increase local brand awareness, integrate the locations into firmwide marketing activities and programs where objectives align (e.g., firmwide paid media, content strategy, social media, employee engagement campaigns). Develop marketing plans per location (US and Canada) as well as a coordinating with international colleagues to consolidate an annual marketing plan for all locations globally. Support the development of on-brand regional marketing collateral to help with Campus and Lateral Recruiting efforts. Liaise with the firm’s internal creative studio to develop branded templates, guidelines, and other assets to assist local teams. Coordinate with the content team to create content, including articles and employee profiles for social and Coordinate and support the development of local video content, including briefing, project planning and timelines. Coordinate local employee photoshoots, including drafting briefs, liaising with photographers and local colleagues. Work with international Firmwide Marketing colleagues to share learnings and best practices. Support global branded content distribution across all Global Center offices. Commission competitor analysis and market research as needed. Support with brand training for colleagues to ensure they’re up-to-speed with brand guidelines. Work with Internal Communications to leverage any assets created for external internally. Maintain ongoing metrics and campaign reports for regular status meetings, as well as presentations for stakeholder updates. Proactively keep up-to-speed with the firm’s brand and marketing strategy; act as a brand ambassador for Firmwide Marketing by keeping stakeholders informed. Qualifications: Skills Required: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, brand, communications or related fields. Ability to think strategically and develop marketing plans and long-term roadmap. Track record managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, while working collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams. Experience developing briefs, managing the development of creative assets, including messaging, copy, video content and photography. Understanding of paid media a plus. Proactive and interested in making an impact and delivering in a newly created role. A team player with experience building relationships with colleagues at all levels including internationally. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent project management and organizational skills; attention to detail a must. French as a second language is an advantage but not a requirement Bachelor’s degree
