Smoothly run team operations across different verticals (marketing, data and analytics, marketing technologies, product, sales) to drive marketing excellence (bringing DBS capabilities to clients effectively), resulting in increased business growth, tighter expense management and improved customer experience across the region, and with key markets. Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Assist the Strategic and Business Operations Lead to manage and improve marketing activities and operations across consumer banking marketing in six countries and region, identify key priorities and streamlining our selection of work, thereby increasing team’s productivity, quality and overall business impact. Support high marketing performance through development, implementation and tracking of appropriate KPIs and measurements for senior management, across different functions in the team. Management Reporting & Communication Create regular reports for management reviews to build awareness of business impact driven by the team. Run regular governances for various functions to establish operating rhythms and unified model of working across countries and resolve challenges in a timely manner. Drive process improvement and develop recommendations and provide insights for management. Ensure alignment of reporting and connectivity across country and regional marketing. Finance Manage and track department budget and expenses. Manage annual planning and budget process and develop necessary reports around it. Customer and team experience Work alongside team leads to implement feedback for team’s satisfaction based on internal My Voice scores and follow through with the required actions Organise and lead regional “Learn and Share” sessions, annual conference, monthly newsletters, introducing concepts that change behaviour of participants and are thought provoking. Requirements Ideally 8-10 years of work experience in related position. A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, results-driven and diverse environment Growth mindset with critical and data driven thinking and influencing skills. Collaborative, problem solver and resourceful. Able to think strategically but also execute end-to-end. Excellent attention to detail and positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication, presenting and writing skills will be important.
