Associate Marketing Manager – Fine Arts & Student Affairs – Hybrid | College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University

Minneapolis, Deliver integrated strategies, campaigns and tactics that include various platforms such as direct mail, email, web, social media and events.   Guide leadership within Fine Arts and Student Development and team members with expertise, research and trends from students, families and community members that leads to enriching experiences.  Identify outcomes and ways to track, measure and report to clients/partners.  Champion Fine Arts and Student Development priorities within the marketing communications team; provide evidence of the impact of the work (reporting, data, trends), and share stories of impact (dollars raised, student and alum successes, connection to mission/values, etc.) to internal and external stakeholders.  Establish an annual calendar and workflow that serves as a roadmap for the Fine Arts Programming and Student Development teams; supplement with short-term project plans that maximize time, talents and budgets. Provide  support and backup for Client Services teammates serving enrollment and CSB and SJU Institutional advancement teams and other partners as needed.  Utilize a marketing communications project management process (including tools and training) to build a culture of and deliver on high-volume, real-time client service. This includes conducting regular status meetings and consistent communication with clients and team members in person and via correspondence and project management tools. Troubleshoot ways to manage tight timelines, and budget and resource constraints, while maintaining quality and exceptional execution of details.    In this job, you’ll do things like:   Develop creative briefs that clearly outline objectives, goals and purpose.    Facilitate kickoff meetings and regular check-ins with Fine Arts and Student Development partners and Marketing and Communications team members that articulate project scope, deliverables, individual roles and expectations.   Create reports and dashboards that measure performance and results.   Oversee the creation of marketing vehicles for voice, visual brand and accuracy.    Must-haves to apply for the job:   Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications or related field.  2+  years of experience in a complex and dynamic organization or agency setting.   Experience assisted in the creation of integrated marketing plans that identify vehicles, audiences, platforms, research and trends.  Proficiency in managing projects developing creative work—direct mail, email campaigns, web, social, etc.; expert at engaging with creative designers, writers, photographers, web developers. Experience organizing data in a visually appealing manner.  What will give you an edge:   Experience in leading marketing or engagement projects for nonprofits, fundraising campaigns and donor relations.  Experience in higher education communication or marketing, specifically Student Affairs and/or Fine Arts
